Many of the Burglar Alarm systems we fit are from the Galaxy range, which can be accessed remotely using Galaxy Gold. Galaxy Gold is an advanced, high performance software application that enables remote servicing and programming, via the public telephone network, of any Galaxy panel with a Galaxy Telecom Module installed. Alternatively, a dedicated connection between Galaxy Gold and a single Galaxy control panel can be established via a Galaxy RS232 Module. Communication, is initiated by either Galaxy Gold or the control panel.
Once connected, Galaxy Gold provides complete control over the Galaxy panel, enabling full function remote servicing to be carried out. The Galaxy Gold menu options provide the operator with a comprehensive range of features that allow site data to be copied to and stored on the PC, modified and overwritten to panels, as well as allowing the creation and off-line programming of sites prior to the commissioning of new Galaxy panels.
